The official kickoff for Hispanic Heritage Month at Fresno State is La Bienvenida, a university tradition, welcoming new and returning Latina/o/x students, faculty and staff to campus from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17, at the University Student Union balcony and The Pit.
