Ready to take charge of your well-being this fall? Join "Winning with a Healthy Lifestyle," a 10-week program to help you build lasting healthy habits through nutrition, behavior modification, physical activity and goal setting.
Led by Dr. Lisa Herzig and supported by senior Nutrition and Dietetics students, this program offers a holistic and supportive approach to reclaiming your health. Each session includes interactive nutrition coaching, practical tools, and strategies to help you create a balanced lifestyle — whether you want to improve your eating habits, feel more energized, or set achievable fitness goals.
Weekly micro-sessions cover bite-sized, actionable topics such as mindful eating, hydration, meal planning, stress management and smart snacking. Participants can also choose from various participation packages, ranging from education-only sessions (in-person or via Zoom) to options that include personalized dietary feedback, biometrics, and advanced body composition and metabolism testing.
