The Travel Department invites you to get up to speed on the latest travel processes, policies and procedures for the 2025-26 academic year. Whether you're booking employee or student travel using state funds, understanding the rules and submitting accurate claims can make all the difference to ensure faster, hassle-free reimbursements.
Topics include processes for pre-approval, how to make travel reservations, lodging, airfare, rental cars, meal per diems and how and when to use Concur. It is important information that pertains to everyone, whether you are a travel arranger, a traveler or an approver of travel claims.
