                                                 Mailroom and Warehouse
Mail delivery to essential offices is on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
If necessary, offices not on the essential services list can pick up their mail from the mailroom or call ahead and schedule a pickup time. Pickup times are between 7:30 - 10 a.m. or 1 - 2:30 p.m Monday through Friday. Entry is through the West door of the building; the door remains locked, so when you arrive please call Mail Services (559.278.2941) to open the door for you. Mail can be dropped off during regular summer hours at any time.
We are maintaining social distance guidelines, so please limit non-essential pickups to one individual per week and do not bring family members and others to the mailroom during this time.
All Warehouse orders must be shipped to a campus address and can be picked up from the Warehouse (South/East entry at the Shipping/Receiving door) between 7:30 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. (closed noon - 12:30 p.m. for lunch) Monday through Friday.
Room-sealing
As our custodial staff deep clean spaces throughout campus, they are sealing the spaces with a label to indicate the room is clean. Unless access is absolutely necessary, please refrain from entering in order to conserve cleaning supplies. If entry does occur, please contact Facilities Management at 559.278.2373 once the seal has been broken so we can re-implement disinfectant measures.
Drinking Fountains
Due to the potential transfer of COVID-19, water drinking fountains should ONLY be used to refill water bottles. Please do not drink directly from the fountains.
Restroom Hand Dryers
To minimize the transfer of COVID-19 contaminants, Facilities Management has disabled hand dryers in restrooms throughout campus and installed paper towel dispensers. Please submit a service request here to report a paper towel shortage or other service required.
Plexiglass Barriers
If you need assistance assessing your area for plexiglass installation please contact Facilities Management by submitting a work request here.
Amy Luna, manager of emergency operations, is working with managers of employees returning to work on campus to ensure prevention protocols are in place.
Disinfectant Kits
Facilities Management is assembling disinfectant kits, which include spray, paper towels and latex gloves (if available). If your department requires a disinfectant kit, please submit a work order here and one will be delivered to your area.
COVID-19 Safety and CDC Signage
The Print Shop has a variety of COVID-19 and CDC related signage available, including signage you can use in your area to indicate spacing protocols. Please see the Print Shop's list of available signage here.
Furniture Moving and Storage
Due to COVID-19 social distancing protocols, it may be necessary to remove/relocate furniture for physical distancing. Please submit a work request here so that Facilities Management can track furniture storage and assist with these moving efforts. If you have any questions, please contact Facilities Management at 559.278.2373.
Moving of furniture and boxes related to faculty or department office moves will need to be contracted with Economy Movers. Please contact Andy Peterson (acpeterson@csufresno.edu) in Procurement and Support Services to assist with this process.
