Meals Provided for Employees Working On Campus - Week of April 6
For this week only, meals will be provided on Monday and Wednesday (not Friday). The schedule will return to Monday, Wednesday and Friday the week of April 13. Breakfast will be available for pick up during the hours of 7 - 9 a.m. and box lunches may be picked up between 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the University Dining Hall (east side). Distribution is on a first-come, first-served basis, with one meal per employee.
Procurement and Support Services
- There will be NO mail pick up or delivery of campus mail during spring break, April 6 - 10. This includes essential services. Mail delivery to essential offices will resume on Monday, April 13.
- All orders must be shipped to a campus address and can be picked up from the Warehouse between 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. (closed noon - 1 p.m. for lunch) Monday through Friday.
- Equipment (including laptops, computers, monitors, printers and iPads) must be purchased on a purchase order only through the Procurement Department if using state funds. Accessories for technology such as keyboards etc. may be purchased with a ProCard or reimbursed via direct pay. Any software purchases made via ProCard or reimbursed via direct pay require pre-approval from Procurement before the order is placed.
- No furniture should be removed from campus and taken home.
- To assist with efficiencies of our electronic purchase requisition system, please do not submit any purchase requisitions for fiscal year 2020/2021 until further notice.
