Manuel Sandoval, School of Nursing
Manuel created a Google site where School of Nursing faculty and students can reach out to staff for direct assistance. Faculty and students can complete a request form for their needs and staff can address it. He also went above and beyond when he recognized a task needed to be done and he completed it without being asked to. Manuel is also eager to help where ever he is needed. He's always positive and eager to contribute to the betterment of not only the School of Nursing but his fellow staff members.

Toni's support and response when her help is needed is always exceptional. She is quick, efficient, positive, and always finds a solution to any issues that you may have. Her professional and cordial attitude is much appreciated, especially in times of urgencies or stress, Toni always goes out of her way to help you accomplish what you need on time. She is a great team member and definitely an asset working at Procurement. Thank you, Toni, for making my job a lot more easier!

Alex is amazing. He is always helping with issues the Admissions Office comes across. He is always willing to help and always has a smile on his face. He is such a joy to work with. He has created a couple of processes that will help our office provide better customer service to students. Thank you for all you do!

Academic Resources Office
The staff in the Academic Resources Office are so helpful. I love the open office hours, and they are always happy to answer my questions and explain processes to me. They are great with follow-through and if they have to get back to me about something I can rest assured that I will hear from them. Thank you for all your help, Nate, Dolly, and Azucena!

Facilities Management
Just wanted to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Facilities Management. Saved My Bacon!

Matthew Bowe, Physics
The Instructional Support Technician for our Department of Physics is taking some well-deserved down time. He had the foresight to train Matthew Bowe, our Electro-Mechanical Technician, to run our labs. Matthew has come through and has made this so much easier than it looked like it would be. We still very much miss our Instructional Support Technician, but thank you so much, Matthew!

Melissa Perez, College of Science and Mathematics
I needed some items scanned for my RTP file and Melissa was willing to stop what she was doing and help me right then even though it was already the end of her day, and she was so busy with everything else going on. She has always been so helpful and is a total gem for the college. Thanks so much Melissa!

Deborah Reba, Technology Services
My email was suspended. I called Technology Services, and Deb figured out why it was suspended and walked me through a several step process to get it re-established. Since I had to send out hundreds of emails to the MSTI CSET Science teachers to notify them of the workshop the following day, she "Saved My Bacon." She was patient, understanding, knowledgeable and deserving of a High Five!
