The Annual Performance Evaluation process for staff has begun. This year we will use DocuSign to help facilitate the process to obtain signatures and submit the final review to Human Resources. The staff evaluation form itself has not changed.
This new electronic format is applicable for employees represented by UAPD (Unit 1), APC (Unit 4), CSUEU (Units 2,5,7,9), SETC (Unit 6), and SUPA (Unit 8).
As in previous years, managers will review and discuss the evaluation with staff and provide an opportunity for feedback. Staff will review and sign the evaluation electronically using DocuSign.
Annual performance evaluations are a key component to employee performance and development and provide employees and their supervisors an opportunity to discuss job performance, set goals for professional development, establish objectives for contributing to the department’s priorities and discuss expectations and accomplishments.
