Each week we will feature faculty and staff and their new office space. In a house of six, which includes three students and a significant other, with lots of Zoom meetings also working from home, it can be hard to find a quiet space. My backyard has become my work from home space many afternoons.

I was sitting at my table one morning, sipping my coffee and working away on the schedule. One of my cats likes coffee, so she jumped up, helped herself to my now-cold coffee, then settled in next to me. After a while, I got up to stretch and took the photo. It is nice to have furry little companions who think it is awesome to have their human around all day, every day.
