Summer hours start Monday, May 18, and end Friday, Aug. 7. Starting May 18, the University’s official regular office hours will be 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with the lunch period from noon to 12:30 p.m.

In light of the COVID-19 situation, we recognize that many employees are working remotely. For those who are telecommuting or working on campus, the normal work schedule for all full-time employees will continue to be eight hours per day, with the exception of staff who are on a pre-approved reduced or flexible work schedule option. If staff have a demonstrated need for a later start and end time, supervisors may allow some variation to the staff’s schedule, while ensuring operational coverage during established summer hours.
