Cut-Over Details
Purchase Requisitions received by Procurement through Sept. 4 will be processed using our current system.
Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 5 the items listed below will need to be submitted using CSUBUY P2P:
- Purchase Requisitions
- Direct Pay forms
- Hospitality forms
NOTE: The ProCard Hospitality form will not be available in CSUBUY P2P and will continue to be submitted using our current system.
Accounts Payable will process invoices through Sept. 4 and beginning Sept. 5 vouchers will be processed using CSUBUY P2P.
As we transition from our current systems to CSUBUY P2P during the first few weeks of September, there may be some temporary disruptions, system downtime or delays in responding to emails. We would appreciate your patience and understanding as our Procurement and Accounts Payable teams may not be able to be as responsive to your inquiries.
We appreciate your support of this project. We know this has been a big lift for our campus community and our implementation team, but we are confident that this transition will be as smooth as possible and the end result will provide us with enhanced capabilities and improved efficiency.
If you have any questions or require assistance, please contact Brian Cotham at bcotham@csufresno.edu.
