Anna Andalon, Accounting Services
Anna helped me recently with an invoice that was supposed to be applied to a purchase order. Having very little information to work from, she and I worked together to not only make sure the invoice was applied correctly, but also make sure to come up with a plan for future charges. She took the extra time to talk through some aspects of this request, and I cannot thank her enough for the help.

Michael Blathers, Cross Cultural and Gender Center
Michael, you truly are an important member to our Cross Cultural and Gender Center family. Our campus is very lucky to have you on board as our interim coordinator for African American Programs and Services and Leadership Development. You go above and beyond daily to assure that our student coordinators, our students, faculty, staff and community have a collective space for connection and a sense of belonging. You put thought and excellence into the work you do for our students, team and campus. Thank you for always being there for the team and our greater community. You are appreciated.

Facilities Management, Custodial Services
On behalf of the Alumni Association staff, we want to thank the evening custodial staff for all of their help with Grad Fest. We welcomed 2,800 graduates through the Smittcamp Alumni House doors in three days and the house looked fantastic. The evening staff made sure the house looked brand new each morning. We couldn't have done it without all of you. Thank you.

I had to learn the new travel portal, Concur, and previously enrolled for the in-person training. Marie's training technique is easy to follow, and she has a pleasant demeanor that is much appreciated. Marie is very patient in responding to emails and/or phone calls requesting direction or clarification. Thanks for the awesome support, Marie.

Jeannie always provides excellent customer service. I needed a parking code, at the last minute, and she was able to complete my ticket on short notice. Not only did you provide excellent customer service, but also saved my bacon. Thank you, Jeannie. You're the best.

Saved My Bacon!

I put in a ticket last week for assistance with issues on my computer system. Chris contacted me right away, found the problem and solved the issues. I had another issue this week with my computer, and though he and his crew are extremely busy, he made it a point to contact me quickly and again fixed the issues so I could get back to work. I can't thank Chris enough for his willingness to help. The patience and kindness in his service is impeccable. Thank you so much, Chris, for saving my bacon.

Brittanie is a lifesaver. I thought I had approved our student employee’s timesheet for the month, and it turns out I didn't submit it correctly. Brittanie was quick to inform me of the error and process our student’s paycheck asap. I really appreciate her.

The Alumni House had an afterhours major plumbing issue last week. Immediately, Ruben came to my rescue and had a solution for the clean-up. Knowing we had an event occurring that evening and the next day, he was through with the clean-up process and kept me informed throughout the night. I appreciate his hard work.
