All are invited to attend a listening session hosted in partnership with our recruitment firm, Academic Search, to help guide us as we begin our search to fill a critical role of Chief Diversity Officer at Fresno State. This is a Cabinet-level position, as its importance to the campus and our region is fundamental.

The listening tour meetings aim to gather the information needed to develop a prospectus/profile for the search. A significant element of the profile is the leadership agenda. The agenda will list the credentials, skills, abilities, and experience required of a competitive applicant for this opportunity. In addition, please provide feedback on what critical deliverables you have in mind with the hiring of this important position. We will use this information in our efforts to recruit the best candidates for our campus.
