When I called and asked if she could meet with him, Ofelia graciously agreed (even though she was busy supporting another event). She personally welcomed the student, shared her contact information and immediately scheduled a follow-up appointment with him. Ofelia’s responsiveness, compassion and commitment to student success truly reflected exceptional service.
