Principles of Supervision Training for MPPs*

A professional development program for CSU supervisors, covering key topics like communication, motivation, implicit bias, team culture and performance management. Managers will enhance their leadership skills and understanding of best practices through learning, discussion, practice, and reflection, enabling them to lead effective, engaged teams.

Participants are required to attend all scheduled training sessions to successfully complete the training program.

• In-Person training schedule: 8:30 - 11 a.m. Oct. 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30 and Nov. 4 .

*Please Note: this training is open to MPPs only. A separate session for leads will be offered in February, and a separate session for chairs will be scheduled if there is demand.
