Alix has always provided Cashiering Services with excellent service. I mentioned in passing that I may come by to get a second delivery of mail on the upcoming payment deadline date so we can get all student payments deposited in time. The day came and Alix remembered this and contacted me to let me know they processed that day's mail and asked if I still wanted it that afternoon. I was so grateful. We were so busy I almost forgot. Alix even delivered it to us. This is just the most recent example of Alix going above and beyond for us.

As the analyst who manages the many, many foundation side trust accounts on campus, Kelley consistently navigates a high volume of work with great precision and efficiency.
