Fall Activity Classes
Barre Fitness
12:10 - 12:40 p.m., Mondays, Zoom
Barre is a fun, hybrid class that combines ballet inspired movements with elements of Pilates, yoga, dance, and strength training. In this class, routines will be choreographed to the music of today's hits and some blasts from the past.
COVID Cardio & Resistance
12:15 - 12:45 p.m., Tuesdays & Thursdays, Zoom
Have you been struggling with staying active through COVID? Join us for some COVID cardio and resistance training! This class focuses on using only body weight resistance, and using common items around your house for added weight, if you desire.
HIGH Fitness
12:10 - 12:40 p.m., Thursdays, Zoom
High Fitness is old school aerobics made modern. It's a mixture of cardio and toning that will have you noticing results, both mentally and physically. You will leave this class sweaty and on a "high" that will have you wanting more.
Mindful Stretching
2 - 2:30 p.m., Thursdays, Zoom
Take a midday break for some gentle stretching, relaxation techniques and guided mindfulness activities.
