The Special Collections Research Center is hosting an afternoon in DIY publishing and zine making using print making techniques, collage, and personal artistic skill. This is the final event in the fall 2023 event series for the "Unseen Labor" and "Words Matter!" exhibitions. Virginia Patterson, assistant professor of Graphic Design, is leading the workshop. The Print and Glory Club will be providing block printing tools and having t-shirt sales.
Supplies will be provided to learn how to make your own zine. This event is for staff, faculty, students, and community members. There will be another zine making workshop during the spring 2024 exhibition event series for those unable to make it.
