The Chancellor's Office has made changes to the CSUBUY P2P Amazon account. Searching and shopping in the campus Amazon account will now only show Prime-eligible items. All Non-Prime eligible items have been removed.
This update will:
- Reduce additional shipping charges and other supplier-applied fees
- Drive spending to contracted suppliers
- Reduce security risks on technology items
Effective immediately, HP toners need to be purchased from IRG and will no longer be able to be ordered from the Staples and Amazon ordering sites.
As indicated in the image below, orders with IRG can be placed in CSUBUY P2P as a P2P Information Technology punchout item, (click on the IRG logo in P2P to create an order).
IRG has an exclusive agreement with HP that will provide better pricing for the campus and will also include free shipping just like our other punchout suppliers. Orders are shipped ground service and will take one to five business days from when IRG receives the Purchase Order.
