On Monday, Oct. 17, from 6 to 7 p.m., The Maddy Institute will host a debate, moderated by Executive Director Mark Keppler, between the candidates for California's 27th Assembly District — Republican Mark Pazin and Democrat Esmeralda Soria. The debate will focus on the following topics:
● Housing and Homelessness
● Public Safety and Crime
● Water
● Cost of Living and Inflation
● Education
