Join Fresno State alumni Bill Betts (president and chief operating officer, Betts Company) and Justin Levine (western regional sales manager, Betts Company) as they share how innovation, gratitude and leadership have shaped their professional journeys.

Through mentorship and collaboration, Levine and Betts exemplify how entrepreneurship can thrive both inside and outside established organizations. From Levine’s first startup venture to his success in “intrapreneurship” at Betts Company, and from Betts’ leadership in modernizing a 157-year-old family business, their stories reveal how fresh ideas and a spirit of gratitude can open doors and drive meaningful change.

This event is presented in partnership with the Laval Entrepreneurship Mentorship Program and the Lyles Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
