Faculty, did you publish a book in 2025?

University Marketing and Communications is compiling an annual Fresno State reading list to publish in December on Fresno State Today. This will be a celebration of the scholarly and creative work across campus.

Here are the guidelines:

• The submission should be a full length book published in 2025 and authored or edited by current or emeriti faculty.
• Books of all genres can be submitted, including scholarly and literary works, textbooks, fiction, poetry and creative nonfiction.
• Books should have an ISBN and formal publication.

Not included are:

• Individual chapters or contributions to other books.
• Journal articles.
• Course packets or handouts.
• Reprints or revised editions unless substantially updated.

If you wrote a book this year and would like to be included on the list, email BoNhia Lee at bonhia@csufresno.edu with the following information:

• Your name, title and department.
• Title of the book (include any collaborators or co-authors).
• Short, one paragraph summary.
• Link for more information or to purchase the book.
• Attach a photo of the book cover if available.

The deadline to submit is Wednesday, Dec. 3. The list will appear on Fresno State Today on Monday, Dec. 15.
