Melanie Harbin joined the Fresno State Procurement team on March 1, 2006 as a Buyer II.  She was promoted to Buyer III on Jan. 1, 2015 to help
manage campus public works projects and professional service agreements. 

Harbin's passion and pride in her job shows through her strong work ethic and values which have never wavered in her 12 years of dedicated service.

December will be a bittersweet time for all who have had the pleasure to work with Harbin who has decided to retire and begin a new endeavor.

It's with sincere gratitude and pleasure that we say “Thank You” to Harbin for being such a great colleague, friend and an exemplary employee. 

She will be greatly missed!
