President Saúl Jiménez-Sandoval has approved the summer work schedule for 2022. Summer hours will be effective Monday, May 23 through Friday, Aug. 5. During this time, the University’s official regular office hours will be 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with the lunch period from noon to 12:30 p.m.

The normal work schedule for all fulltime employees will continue to be eight hours per day, with the exception of staff who are on a pre-approved reduced or flexible work schedule option. If staff have a demonstrated need for a later start and end time, supervisors may allow some variation to the staff’s schedule, while ensuring operational coverage during established summer hours.
