This past year, 37 administrative support staff participated in the seventh cohort of the Administrative Academy. Monthly virtual sessions explored topics related to mindfully managing change, technology, time management, self-care, intentional living, driving needs and motivations, and understanding one another. Sessions also focused on building connections, and many participants regularly met outside of the scheduled monthly sessions to connect with and support one another.
