Jasmin Banderas, Admissions and Recruitment
In a world where sometimes the first word out of a colleague's mouth is, "no, we cannot do that," Jasmin proved that taking time and advocating for students who need our support is still alive and well. Even when standard policy dictates, we could not help this student, she still did. I want to thank her for going above and beyond to help with a student’s situation and making it happen.

Lisa Galvez, English
There is nothing I say about Lisa that can truly capture the amazing gem that she is. That being said, I must try. She is one of the most intelligent, quick-witted, compassionate, hardworking, diligent, adept, capable, determined and giving individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. These are only a few words which describe her. This campus is blessed to have her.

Eric West, Innovation and Digital Excellence for Academic Success (IDEAS)
Eric is an incredible partner. He is generous with his time, expertise, skills, and knowledge. He works tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure that every production is professional, on brand and exceeds expectations. We are so grateful for his continued partnership in producing the Top Dog Alumni Awards in-person awards ceremony. With Eric on your team, you can be confident that everything will run smoothly, look beautiful, and sound amazing. We appreciate you, Eric.

Central Valley College Corps
Congratulations to the team that is spearheading Central Valley College Corps. In their first year, this small but mighty team led by Mellissa Jessen-Hiser, mobilized more than 100 Fresno State and Fresno City College students to each provide a minimum of 450 hours of service to our community. While this was not an easy task, Mellissa and her team worked hard, believed in their mission and provided an excellent experience for students and community partners. Way to go to College Corps team.

University Brand Strategy and Marketing
The talented, creative, and dedicated team of professionals created and produced the Top Dog Alumni Awards special broadcast that was televised on April 30. This project is a labor of love. It took countless hours, numerous team members, months of coordination, hundreds of hours filming and hundreds more hours of cutting, editing, and producing. The vision and quality behind the production was incredible.

We are so fortunate to have this caliber of professionals creating content that shines a light on the accomplishments, pride points, and aspirations of our university. Thank you for your partnership and all you do to help showcase our most esteemed alumni and how they impact the world. Congratulations to the team on a great success.

Provides Excellent Customer Service

Janine Derichsweiler, Student Involvement and Student Unions
Janine is incredibly wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable, resourceful, and very supportive. She provided wonderful communication and follow-up during the planning of our event and always made herself available for questions. I appreciate her positive attitude and kind demeanor. Ross Whitton, College of Social Sciences, Advising Center
Ross is always accommodating and responsive to my many questions about students' DPRs, graduation requirements, etc. His support and assistance helped me provide more accurate information to our majors. Thank you, Ross, and everyone in COSS advising.

Cheenou Xiong, Admissions and Recruitment
The Office of the President received a call from a community member that Cheenou assisted. The caller reported that he was so helpful, intelligent, caring, an excellent communicator, and provided great follow-through. She appreciated his telephone manner.
