Water is at the center of many issues for California and the Central Valley. Reading About Water, Fresno State’s initiative, will continue to foster discussion and awareness of water issues at Fresno State with a common reading program.
This year is a casual Water 4.0 Book Club--regular lunchtime discussions about the book the next meeting will be on March 28 discussing chapters 11-12. All campus students, faculty and staff are invited to participate and will receive a free book (while supplies last). Bring your lunch and have a casual chat with us in the Library!
We are more than half way through the book and we would like to encourage you to attend the last few book club meetings! Feel like you are getting behind? Don't be!! We will catch you up!! Or just bring your lunch and learn about water with us!
The book selected for 2017-18 is Water 4.0: The Past, Present and Future of the World's Most Vital Resource, by UC Berkeley Environmental Engineer David Sedlak.
