According to the Postsecondary National Policy Institute (PNPI), commuter students – also called off-campus, adult, part time non-traditional, new traditional, and post traditional students – comprise more than 85% of U.S. college students. Reducing your commuter students’ feelings of alienation and lack of campus involvement requires the development of specific and intentional pathways to increase their satisfaction, success and retention.

Circuit Training

Combine interval training, full body weight exercises, and core workouts to strengthen and tone your whole body.
