This year, Fresno State is offering 30 to 40 stateside undergraduate classes in the Summer Semester, allowing students to enroll on a full- or part-time basis, as they would in the Fall or Spring Semesters. The Summer Semester is available to both matriculated students and eligible, non-matriculated students and to community members through Open University, similar to the Fall and Spring Semesters.
"We are excited to provide course access in a stateside summer semester for our students that offer greater flexibility and choices in using financial aid and in improving enrollment for the university," said Provost Dr. Xuanning Fu.
Department administrative assistants may need to generate permission numbers for Summer Semester classes for students who need to enroll without a prerequisite or through Open University.
Summer enrollment for all sessions opened on March 13. Each session has specific deadlines, policies and procedures. If you have any questions, visit the Summer 2023 landing page for all programs.
