Calling all Fresno State employees! Want to learn effective ways to incorporate fitness into your daily life? Join Mid-Week Motion, an eight-week course designed for Fresno State faculty and staff members to promote active, healthier lifestyles. All classes are taught by Dr. Mark Baldis and Exercise Science students.
There are three more Wednesday sessions available, which are free to all Fresno State employees. Sessions are at the Fresno State Student Rec Center from 5:30 - 6:15 p.m.
Topics include: “Relaxation: Importance & Guidelines for Good Sleep,” “Functional Movement Screen,” and “Aerobic Exercise Guidelines.”
