The next phase of the Zoom Phone Project involves moving all analog lines to Zoom Phone, including alarms, e-phones, elevator phones and fax lines. Campus public safety staff are members of the Zoom Phone team and provide feedback in this process. The analog transition will begin on Tuesday, June 20.
Analog Lines Transition to Zoom Phone
Date: Tuesday, June 20
Time: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (approximately nine hours)
Affected services: alarms, e-phones, elevator phones, fax Lines
We expect this process will not affect service(s); however, if you experience issues after the transition, on June 21, submit a ticket.

Previously, a fax message was sent to all active fax lines asking for a confirmation of use. If you have a fax line in your office, answer the following questions and email them to zoomphone@mail.fresnostate.edu.

Deployment of New Phones
Our teams will continue deploying new phones to classrooms throughout the summer. Reference the current building schedule for more details.
What’s next?
Retrieving Avaya desk phones from offices will be completed later. A separate notification will be sent to campus and posted to our website.
