Works Above and Beyond
Tiffany Burmeister, Warehouse and Property Services
Tiffany is such a wonderful, understanding, accommodating, and overall, super easy individual to communicate and work with. She's always there to help answer my questions and always makes things work. I truly appreciate her for everything she has done for our office suite. Thank you for everything!
Estella Gonzalez, Undergraduate Degree Evaluations, University Registrar
Estella responded quickly and with care to an issue involving an incorrectly categorized course. She investigated the problem, looked at every single student possibly affected, and came up with several solutions based on the students' unique situations. She then effectively communicated the issue and solutions to the appropriate administrator and shared all updates with me. Throughout the process she was understanding, professional and clearly committed to student success!
Lynn Jaschke, Admissions and Recruitment
Lynn has been a great asset to the tour program. She has taken on campus tours, being able to juggle all the individual and group tour schedules, plus organize, hire and train the student tour guides and filling in for them when they are out. She continues to do her normal recruiting job on top of it all. She has managed to keep everything moving forward even if she has to stay late or work the weekend. She doesn't complain and just keeps plugging along.
