On Feb. 1, our campus will launch the new streamlined learning portal, CSU Learn.
CSU Learn is intuitive and provides employees access to more than 75,000 online courses, books and videos, required compliance trainings and on-campus professional development workshops.
What you need to know:
- Links to CSU Learn will be available in PeopleSoft under "Employee Self Service/Learning and Development" and on the websites for Organizational Excellence and Center for Faculty Excellence.
- Records of compliance course completions before Dec. 31, 2018 in Skillport will be carried over to CSU Learn.
- How to access the CSU Learn courses: Online courses, books and videos will be available in the CSU Learn library and via the search feature. On-campus professional development workshop registration links will be provided on Organizational Excellence's calendar and CSU Learn Dashboard’s “Training Schedule."
Compliance courses:
- New employees who started in January will receive email notifications in early February to complete their respective compliance courses.
- New employees starting after Jan. 31 will automatically receive email notifications to complete their respective compliance courses.
- Existing employees will automatically receive email notifications with a link to complete required compliance courses 30 days before they are due.
- Most compliance courses are moving to fixed completion dates for all employees. A list of all compliance courses is available here.
