Procurement and Support Services is pleased to announce Cheryl Loyko as its new Buyer III. Loyko replaces Melanie Harbin, who retired in December.

Loyko’s responsibilities will include professional services, public works, deferred maintenance and vehicles. She has 18 years of public sector purchasing experience, with an emphasis on public works, from the Clovis Unified School District.

Procurement and Support Services would like to welcome Loyko to its team, and invites everyone to welcome her to Fresno State.
