A Principles of Supervision training is being offered for MPPs, providing a comprehensive professional development program for CSU supervisors. The training covers essential topics such as communication, motivation, implicit bias, fostering team culture, and performance management. Managers will enhance their leadership skills and understanding of best practices through learning, discussion, practice, and reflection, enabling them to lead effective, engaged teams.

Participants are required to attend all scheduled training sessions to successfully complete the training program.

In-person training schedule:

• Dates: Feb. 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, and 25
• Time: 9:30 a.m. - noon

Enrollment is limited to 20 participants. Spaces are still available. Note: This training is open to MPPs only. A separate session for leads will be offered in the future, and a separate session for chairs will be scheduled if there is demand.
