As a reminder, Fresno State maintains a centralized Immigration Resources website designed to support our entire campus community — students, faculty and staff. This site serves as the primary hub for accurate, up-to-date information, guidance and tools related to immigration matters.

What You’ll Find on the Immigration Resources Website
Report the presence of Immigration Enforcement Officers on campus
If you see or hear of immigration officials on campus, please immediately contact: Terree Stevenson, Dean of Students, at 559.278.6561.
If immigration enforcement activity were to occur on campus, Fresno State would follow the requirements of the California SAFE Act and applicable CSU policies, including communicating with the campus community through official channels.
If Contacted by an Immigration Official
If you are approached on campus or by phone by an immigration official, please refer the individual to: Terree Stevenson, Dean of Students, at 559.278.6561.
If unavailable, please contact: Lieutenant Ruben Madrigal, Fresno State Police Department, at 559.278.8400.
You may state that you are not obstructing the process, but that you need to consult with the appropriate campus designee. A printable version of these instructions is available on the immigration resources website for easy reference.
Thank you for helping ensure that our campus community remains informed, supported and aligned with University protocols.
