I am a disabled faculty member who was having a hard time articulating a unique need. Meredith overheard the conversation and reached out to me to offer assistance, then further reached out to communicate who else needed to authorize my access. Meredith showed such kindness to me; understanding and working for accessibility that can get tiresome to have to repeatedly explain and justify for oneself. She went above and beyond. I feel that Meredith should be celebrated as such a kind and helpful person.
