Where’s your data — and how do you take care of it? Fresno State Library is celebrating Love Data Week, an international event highlighting the importance of data in our academic and everyday lives.
Join us for in-person and virtual events designed for students, faculty and staff alike. In the Library, attend the Digital Declutter workshop (11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 12, ) to learn practical strategies for organizing your digital life — plus enjoy donuts and a raffle for a 1 TB hard drive. You can also explore the exhibit "From Knots to Clouds: A History of Data Storage Types" (Feb. 7–26) in the Library’s second floor Diversity Lounge.
Register here for the Digital Declutter workshop to receive the location and full event information.
Virtually, Fresno State Library is partnering with the 6th annual UC Love Data Week, featuring more than 20 free workshops from librarians and data professionals across the UC system, Caltech and Fresno State. See the full list of workshops and registration links.
These data workshops tend to fill up, so register as soon as possible.
