Did you know that your total compensation includes an extensive benefits package? Total compensation consists of your salary plus the monetary value of your benefits package.
TOTAL COMPENSATION = SALARY + BENEFITS
The value of an employee’s benefits package varies depending on the employee, Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), and the type of benefits plan chosen. In addition to your salary, the benefits offered include:

- A wide array of health plans that include prescription drug plans
- FlexCash (in lieu of benefits)
- Dental coverage
- Vision coverage
- Income protection benefits (including life insurance and disability per CBA)
- Retirement benefits
- Unemployment Insurance
- Social Security & Medicare
- Workers Compensation Insurance
- Paid time off (sick, vacation, holidays) per CBA
- Tuition waiver
The monthly employer contribution amounts can be found at the bottom left corner of your pay warrant. For additional information, please email hr@csufresno.edu.
