Spring Transformation Challenge
It's time to form your teams for the Spring Transformation Challenge! The 8-week challenge will begin March 4 and go through April 27. As a team, you will earn points every week for healthy behaviors like drinking water, meditating, attending fitness classes, and reaching personal goals and compete against other teams across campus. Weekly newsletters will encourage participants with healthy recipes, quick workouts, transformation stories, team standings, and provide the weekly progress form to submit your activities completed. Teams can be cross-departmental and have a maximum of 5 employees.

How to Have a Difficult Conversation about Racism without Losing your Voice or your Cool

This 90-minute workshop helps participants have fruitful conversations even when they have different points of view. This training is appropriate for those who are afraid to say the wrong thing as well as those who do a lot of talking but are having limited impact. Recognizing that discussions about racism and the work of cultivating justice is emotionally taxing, this workshop offers a holistic approach that integrates mindfulness techniques and emerging scholarship on racism. Participants learn Kemp's 5 Steps to an Effective Conversation and the importance of self-care.
