To better support campus websites and digital tools, Technology Services is conducting a brief (5–10 minute) inventory survey. This effort will help us gain greater visibility into current tools and needs, enabling us to provide more effective campuswide support and resources.
The purpose of this survey is to:
- Identify websites, platforms and tools currently used to support university-related work.
- Determine where accessibility guidance, templates, training or support would be most helpful.
- Strengthen accessibility and compliance efforts.
- Reduce duplication and promote sustainability.
- Better support departments using non-centrally hosted tools.
This includes any website or digital tool used, whether it is hosted in Omni CMS, managed by a department or provided by a third-party vendor.
How the information will be used
Individual responses will not be used to evaluate departments or individuals; instead, survey results will be aggregated and reviewed collectively to understand overall trends and needs.
What to expect
The survey takes 5–10 minutes to complete. You may list more than one website, even if they use different platforms. If you do not manage any websites, you may exit the survey early.
