Congratulations to Fresno State Employees and Friends Summer Bowling League Team ‘Strike Force’ for taking first place in last week’s bowling league event! Strike Force and nine other Fresno State employee teams kept cool and bowled every Wednesday for seven weeks throughout the summer at Fresno State’s Bulldog Bowl Center.

Pat Thomason, manager of the Bulldog Bowl Center, started the summer bowling league upon her arrival at Fresno State in 1997 and it’s been going strong ever since!

Last year, she started having the ‘Lunch Bunch’ league at lunchtime on Fridays for employees who wanted to keep bowling. She also holds sessions in the fall and spring.
