The Office of Organizational Excellence is excited to invite all administrative support staff to apply to the fourth cohort of the Administrative Academy!

The Administrative Academy is a nine-month program focused on building a learning community of administrative support staff who gather once a month to network, learn, and share best practices.  Over 200 administrative support staff have already participated in the Administrative Academy over the past three years.  To continue best supporting our administrative support staff, we have revamped the program so anyone – new staff and Administrative Academy alumni – can attend and have a fresh experience.

This year’s Administrative Academy will focus on networking and learning. It will cover topics such as dealing with difficult people, campus resources, stress management, campus safety, career development, and more.  Space will be limited to 30 people.  If you want to participate but cannot commit to attending all sessions, other networking opportunities will be available throughout the academic year that will be open to all administrative support staff.  These will include learning luncheons, campus tours, book club, select Administrative Academy sessions, and peer-to-peer mentoring opportunities.
