A Principles of Supervision is being offered for Fresno State Leads to gain a greater understanding and awareness of their own supervisory skills and to learn new strategies to more effectively lead others. The workshop will guide learners through seven modules, focusing on topics such as communication, motivation, implicit bias, team culture and performance management. Leads will enhance their leadership skills and understanding of best practices through learning, discussion, practice and reflection, enabling them to lead effective, engaged teams.

Participants are required to attend all scheduled training sessions to successfully complete the training course.

• In-Person Training Schedule: 8:30 to 11 a.m. Sept. 22, 24, 29 and Oct. 1, 6, 8, 13

Enrollment is limited to 20 participants. Attendees must complete a Participation Agreement and Manager Approval Form.
