Thank you for supporting the campus blood drive on July 21. The Central California Blood Center anticipated 30 registered donors during this event and was pleased to surpass this goal. During the drive, 32 donors were registered, and 27 successful donations were collected. This generosity has the potential to save up to 81 lives in our community.

Thank you to the following for making the drive a success: the generous donors, the blood center team, Richter Center student assistants Juli Quintanilla, Tanya Puente-Bedolla and Emma Schofield for their creative drive promotion, Jennifer Lewis from the Library for her assistance securing the drive location and venue materials, and University Marketing and Communications and the campus Blood Center Ambassadors for their assistance promoting the drive.

The next campus blood drive, in observance of Patriot Day, will take place Sept. 22-25 in the Resnick Student Union, Room 107.
