President Joseph I. Castro welcomed the Fresno State community to the fall 2020 semester during a virtual webinar on Aug. 17.

While the start of this year is anything but “normal,” Dr. Castro expressed his appreciation for the continued dedication of all faculty and staff to boldly educate and empower students for success during such challenging times.

Dr. Castro kept his comments short to allow for a robust 90-minute question and answer session with more than 900 faculty and staff members who tuned in.
