As we approach the fall semester, Technology Services would like to offer assistance to faculty, staff and students preparing for instruction beginning Aug. 22. With this in mind, we have extended the regular Service Desk hours for the first two weeks of the semester, moved to a more centralized location and offered Tech Check appointments. Extended Service Desk Hours — Aug. 22 to Sept. 2
For the first two weeks of the fall semester, Service Desk hours will be as follows:
- 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday - Friday
- Service Desk: 559.278.5000
New Service Desk Location — University Student Union (USU)
To be more centrally located, the Service Desk is moving to the first floor of the University Student Union filling the space that formerly housed the credit union. On the first day of instruction, you can find us at the USU.
Tech-Check Appointments Available Now!
We invite all faculty to schedule a Tech-Check Appointment with our Classroom Video Services staff to test classroom equipment before the start of the semester. New and current faculty can familiarize themselves with equipment to avoid issues before instruction begins.
