This workshop focuses on the various paid and unpaid leaves, e.g. FMLA/CFRA/ADA/sick leave, etc., and will provide participants with important information for addressing and responding to leave requests, including such issues as determining when employees are eligible for leaves and the employers’ responsibilities in providing these leaves.
