Mehrzad is a valuable resource to the campus with her abundance of knowledge and connections she has made. She is the hardest working individual I have had the honor of working for.
Technology Services
Over the last 10 days or so, our office experienced a number of issues with computers and our copier. Despite the fact that the recent campuswide power outage created some extreme challenges for Technology Services staff, our problems were addressed promptly and fully. Many thanks and kudos to the Technology Services team for going above and beyond to address our technology needs and those of the entire university.

We had an unusual and urgent need to get a new employee a key to our building and office. Despite having a backlog of key requests, Racheal and the locksmith team got our new employee a key promptly. This excellent service allows us to continue providing important service to students in a particularly challenging time.

Ger is very professional when it comes to customer service. She is always prompt in responding to my requests, if she doesn't have an answer, she finds a solution. She is very dependable, attentive and energetic.

I recently had a challenge with issuing grades for a summer course run through Continuing and Global Education. David Hoff and Monica Acosta from CGE fixed the problem and by the end of the day I was able to issue grades for my students. This kind of fast and excellent service makes my job much easier and means students are served more promptly.
