Activity classes and ongoing physical wellness programs help support a healthy and high performing workforce. The following classes are offered virtually while many employees are working from home. You will receive the Zoom link when you register on CSU Learn.
Barre Fitness
12:10 – 12:40 p.m. Mondays
Barre is a fun, hybrid class that combines ballet inspired movements with elements of Pilates, yoga, dance and strength training. In this class, routines will be choreographed to the music of today's hits and some blasts from the past.
Power Up
12:10 – 12:40 p.m. Tuesdays
Join this fun and fast-paced class that focuses on body-weight exercises to maximize your strength. Get your heart pumping and Power Up your fitness!
HIGH Fitness
12:10 – 12:40 p.m. Wednesdays
High Fitness is old school aerobics made modern. It's a mixture of cardio and toning that will have you noticing results, both mentally and physically. You will leave this class sweaty and on a "high" that will have you wanting more.
Strength & Stretch
12:10 – 12:40 p.m. Thursdays
Are you guilty of sitting all day? Would you benefit from a mindful break by the end of the week? Tune in to Strength & Stretch! In this class you'll be guided through poses that will strengthen and stretch your body as you learn to breathe and reconnect to the present moment.
