Works Above and Beyond
Grace Cota, Institute for Food and Agriculture
Thank you so much for your hard work on the conference. I was a bit overwhelmed trying to navigate everything, but your explanation of the department was incredibly helpful. It’s rare to meet someone so willing to share their expertise, and I’m very grateful for your guidance. 10/10.
Lori Pardi, Planning, Design, and Construction
Lori Pardi was supervising a blind repair in my office when she noticed that the arms of my office chair had more or less disintegrated. Unbeknownst to me, she researched the repair options, found a free option, and proceeded to repair my chair. This seemingly small act has a big impact on my work life: the disintegrated chair ruined more than one shirt, has created a mess on the floor, and generally looks so tacky that most people who visit my office ask about it. I just didn't know there were options out there. Lori acted in such a thoughtful and kind way. I am so appreciative.
Jerry Robertson, Facilities Management
Thank you, Jerry, for your excellent work cold patching Parking Lots P30/P31 on short notice with little time to prepare for the thousands of Vintage Days visitors who walked through that area this weekend.
Gregory Saldate, Facilities Management Custodial
Greg not only does an excellent job at keeping our area clean and safe, he shows genuine care and pride in his work. He is always so polite, friendly, and considerate, which makes a huge difference in our day. It is a pleasure working with him.
Lanny Vandever, Facilities Management
Thank you, Lanny, for your excellent work cold patching Parking Lots P30/P31 on short notice with little time to prepare for the thousands of Vintage Days visitors who walked through that area this weekend.
Vintage Days
Big shoutout to the staff and volunteers who worked to coordinate this year's Vintage Days. There were a few bubbles, but everything was addressed timely and resolved as quickly as possible.

She responds promptly to questions, provides thoughtful, well-informed guidance that aligns with our office’s needs, and remains flexible to accommodate our busy schedule. Thank you, Eileen.

Jacob Rodriguez, Bulldog Testing Center
Jacob, your consistent collaboration and willingness to partner with our office make a meaningful difference in how we support our students. I appreciate how you make space for collaboration and show up as a reliable partner to ensure student success. Thank you.
Saved My Bacon!
Dianna Clayton, Services for Students with Disabilities
Thank you, Dianna, for saving my bacon. I appreciate your willingness to help out without hesitation.
Isela Reza-Rogers, University Registrar
Isela was so gracious in helping us try to create a specific student email segment. Her experience with Fresno Messaging and willingness to help our team enabled us to send an email to graduating students ahead of some fast-approaching deadlines. She even stayed on Zoom with us for 45 minutes past the end of the day to make sure we had everything we needed. She is a true rockstar.
